MILANO 2049 - Liutenant Joe Storti

An exercise in Warhammer 40k style armor and characterization, here is the first concept for the armored liutenant of ATM, the transport authority turned totalitarian police in a not so distant future.
Name of the weapon is Obliteratrice (ticket punch), a high-power rifle able to take down lightly armored vehicles and, more importantly, crowds of protestors.
